Traditional cottages are rental cottages that have have been part of Blue Water Acres since the early to mid 80’s. They are cozy cottages with wood decks, fully equipped kitchens, comfortable furnishings, four piece bathrooms, wood burning fireplaces and electric heating throughout.
Fractional Cottages are brand new luxury cottages built in 2007-08 that are owned by owners who have bought one or more 5 week intervals in these cottages and have deposited one or more of their weeks into the resort rental program. These cottages include features such as screened in Muskoka Rooms, high quality Canadiana furnishings, top quality Beauty Rest mattresses, in floor bathroom heating, flat panel TV’s in Living Room and Master Bedroom, Internet, gas fireplace, dishwashers, gas BBQ’s, and much more. All but the Deerview model have two bathrooms and a wood deck with glass railings. These cottages are larger than our traditional cottages. Availability is limited.
Traditional cottages can be rented by the day or week.
